Great location overlooking the river in the old town next to good restaurants but not noisy at night. The apartment was very clean, good shower and very helpful host. Apartment had charm, although small was great for a short stay for the 4 of us.

Accès idéal pour visiter la ville, lit confortable, climatisation pratique car si on ouvre les fenêtres il y a du bruit de la rue très animée. Attention les escaliers pour la mezzanine sont très raides, je n'irais pas avec des enfants trop petits.

I had a great 5-night/4 day stay in the Deluxe Apartment and would definitely return. ||First off the apartment location is PERFECT. It could not be better. You will be in the heart of things, right along the river walk. The tourist information center is 3 doors down. You have restaurants and bars galore at your doorstep. Sightseeing is in every direction, but always close. You are close to the castle funicular, market square, Congress Square and Prešernov Square. The tourist bus thing is around the corner. ||Apartment is well appointed and modern, with a spacious bathroom with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The bed was VERY comfortable and the sheets were nice with ample fluffy pillows. Lots of clothing storage space and a safe (though note it is not big enough for laptops or iPads). Kitchen was well stocked and they had even gone out to buy milk for coffee in the fridge. There is SO MUCH LIGHT! And the corner view over the riverwalk from the big airy windows is lovely. There is a lot of room in the apartment over all, and the living room is comfortable and the smart TVs with Netflix are nice to have. AC works REALLY well in all three rooms (this is a spoiled American with high AC standards speaking) even in very hot weather. There was clearly care and creativity employed with the interior design, and it is a fun place to stay. As a solo female traveler, I felt entirely safe there at all times, and it felt like a lovely home away from home. ||Check in was very smooth and communication with the property managers both before and during was great. They promptly answered my questions when I was considering renting, were very responsive about any questions I had before my arrival, and were very responsive when arranging a meet-up to check in the day I got there. I simply WhatsApped them about 15-30 min before I arrived and they met me at the door. The apartment is in a pedestrian only area, but it is very easy to get dropped right on the other side where cars can go and walk a short distance to the apartment. I had a little bit of a cleaning oversight snafu when I first arrived (ONE missed thing that was an issue, but otherwise the apartment was spotless) but when I reached out about it management was VERY professional and very promptly got it remedied, with cleaning people even returning after hours to fix things. And again, this was just one thing -- it was overall spotless and I did not get the impression that there were usually any sort of cleaning issues. Management also helped me pre-arrange a taxi to the airport the day of my departure. They were a pleasure to deal with, and provided a booklet full of suggestions on eating, sightseeing, day trips, etc which was very hospitable. ||As to what the very few negative reviewers have said, while the building is old (it's in the heart a historical city for god's sake!), it is not at all "dilapidated." And the apartment itself has all the modern conveniences as it has been renovated and updated and is overall gorgeous. The bar downstairs is a little noisy, but the music cuts out early enough to not be a problem. Even when it is going it is really not that bad (granted, I am a city-dwelling 40-something who generally does not go to bed before midnight, but the music was really not at all as loud as the few negative reviews made it seem, and it is not offensive music. Just happy pop). ||I would definitely recommend and I will definitely be back.

We stayed in the studio. I was concerned on arrival that it might be loud as it is facing a beautiful street with lots of cafes. But the windows are remarkably soundproof amd we found the location to be ideal as all the actionable s right outside your door, yet the apartment is quiet and bright. ||Staff are OUTSTANDING and helpful from long before our arrival and throughout our stay. ||Apartment is beautiful, tastefully appointed, came with everything we needed— even thick and comfy robes! Coffee and tea provided and even fresh milk in the fridge.

Clean, spacious and perfectly located apartment. We stayed in apartment number 3 - studio apartment and had a lovely view of the triple bridge right outside. If you’re put off by the double bed being at the top of the steps then please note the sofa bed was super comfortable as well. Even though the location is very central - we had a fabulous nights sleep. Staff super friendly and attentive making sure all your needs are met. They were very helpful with any questions I had especially about my day trip to Lake Bled. When it comes to the apartment - there was nothing to fault. It was ideal and no issues! Check in process was smooth all we had to do is give them a message when we were close and someone met us right outside. I’d highly recommend staying here. Thank you!

I stayed at this lovely property for several days. The location and the property itself is excellent. The property has a fridge, dishwasher, and microwave it does not have a washing machine. Every room is spacious and has an air conditioner. The view from the windows is beautiful. The reason for a low rating is that this property is situated above the bar downstairs and has very poor noise isolation. The bar is open until 12 every night (but Sunday at 11). The noise from downstairs is super loud! If you are a quiet couple or have children I would not recommend staying at this property. Every day at around 7 am the bar had delivery and you can hear the talking and noise from downstairs. Then they start to play music very loud and I mean very loud. This has been addressed with the agent and they were unable to change anything. At some point, we had to call to the bar downstairs to stop the music as it was after midnight and the bar was already closed, after an unpleasant conversation, the music eventually stopped playing, which contradicts Slovenian law on noise pollution. I would not stay at this property again for this reason, otherwise, it was good.
