This is our second time returning to Chocolate Village, and we recommend it to anyone looking to relax in a beautiful setting. The staff is very friendly, the cottages are charming and clean, and the location by the river adds a special touch. The treehouses are ideal for couples, while the ground-level cottages are great for families. The spa experience in the treehouse is fantastic. Additionally, the food at the Jack/Joe restaurant in the village is excellent. All praise!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 4 notti un "criolo" di quelli rialzati, con una bellissima vista sul fiume direttamente dalla camera da letto. La colazione era speciale, fin troppa abbondanza, quasi da non dover mangiare a pranzo. Lo staff sempre gentile e cortese è molto attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. In camera ci aspettava un cestino di benvenuto con prodotti locali e tipici del posto. Ogni sera viene preparato un braciere a libero utilizzo dove poter abbrustolire dei marshmallow in compagnia. C'è una bellissima piscina, e il ristorante ed il bar accanto servono ottimi piatti. Tutto è molto silenzioso e si dorme benissimo la notte, immersi nei piccoli rumori del fiume e della natura.

Ein absolut unvergessliches Erlebnis! Schon beim Ankommen spürt man, dass das Chocolate Village etwas ganz Besonderes ist. Wir hatten das Glück, in einem der Stelzenhäuser zu übernachten – mit einem traumhaften Ausblick, der einen sofort verzaubert. Der Raum ist perfekt durchdacht, jeder Quadratmeter clever genutzt, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlfühlt.

Ein weiteres Highlight: das Frühstück, das morgens liebevoll in einer Box direkt vor die Haustüre geliefert wird – ein Genuss, den man am besten ganz entspannt auf der Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne genießt.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare nello chalet Forastero e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente meravigliosa. Lo chalet è curato nei minimi dettagli, con una zona living accogliente dotata di salottino e tavolo, e una cucina super funzionale, completa di tutto l’occorrente.||Il nostro terrazzino privato, arredato con tavolo e sedie, offriva una splendida vista sul corso d’acqua: un risveglio incantevole, con i cigni che nuotavano proprio davanti a noi. La sera ci siamo anche concessi un falò suggestivo, sorseggiando il nostro caffè caldo in un’atmosfera magica.||Durante il soggiorno abbiamo avuto la fortuna di goderci la spa privata per 3 ore, con sauna e idromassaggio: un vero sogno di relax e benessere che ha reso l’esperienza ancora più speciale.||Un dettaglio che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo è stato il dolce pensiero di benvenuto all’arrivo, che ci ha fatto sentire coccolati sin dal primo momento.||Un luogo davvero unico e romantico, perfetto per chi cerca relax e natura senza rinunciare al comfort.|Straconsigliato!

Unieke en sfeervolle plek aan de Drava-rivier. De huisjes liggen midden in het groen: met de jacuzzi erbij was het heel rustig en luxueus. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en in de lodges zijn veel chocolade-accenten, wat echt leuk gedaan is.

Het zwembad is perfect voor een verfrissende duik op warme dagen. Enige minpuntje: het slaapgedeelte boven in de lodge was vrij warm (hoogzomer).

Het is een originele locatie die zeker ook toegankelijk is voor kinderen. Bovendien ligt er een heel goed restaurant vlak naast het domein, en is er ook een (chocolade)bar met taart en ijsjes.

Wij hadden een heel ontspannend verblijf. Aanrader als je iets anders zoekt dan een standaard hotel!

Fijne locatie met jacuzzi en heerlijk restaurant ernaast. Er zijn zeker goede elementen.|Ontbijt was wat aan triestige kant en te ver gezocht in thema: saucissen met chocolade?!|Te warm en te benauwd bovenaan met steile trap. We hadden jammer genoeg tijdens onze 2 nachten een vervelend lawaai van warmteklep die ons 2x tegen 3:30 wekte en waardoor onze frisheidsfactor nogal verminderd was. Jammer dat dit niet opgelost werd na we dit na nacht 1 gemeld hadden.

The location and overall concept of the resort are excellent, featuring stunning views and nature. The houses are modernly furnished and, although small, they are well-equipped. However, the service was disappointing. Upon arrival we found hairs on the dining table and floor. Later, we discovered that we were sold an open bottle of wine from their winery. In the restaurant, I cleaned the table before my baby start eating, and I found very dirty table, which is unacceptable for such a restaurant. Additionally, charging €350 while requiring guests to prepare their own breakfast /of course with products from the resort/ is unreasonable. I mean, I would prefer to test, but instead I had to open packed salami, cheese, butter ect. We were also informed we could check out by noon, but on the day of departure, we were told it had to be by 11. We were with baby and we had to wake her up to leave! WiFi in the house is poor and there is no wifi in the cafe, because “the boss does not allow”. Overall, the price does not correspond the quality of the services . While the location is fantastic, the services provided are lacking and the experience feels overpriced.

We had a wonderful stay here. The cozy wooden cabins are surprisingly modern, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. The location is absolutely beautiful—right by a lake and surrounded by forest, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. There's even a small pool in the yard, which was a nice bonus. If you're looking for a nature-filled escape with great comfort, this is an excellent choice!||
